Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-Day Return to Replace Policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return in case of issues related to size or fitting.

In special cases, returns with refunds may be considered if the customer has a genuine concern. However, due to ongoing hygiene considerations post-Covid-19, returns are currently very restricted to ensure customer safety.

Important Note

Panties are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene constraints.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (to and from) will be deducted from the refund amount, as these are direct transaction costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product is worn, used, or altered
  • The product is not in its original condition
  • The item is purchased during a sale
  • The item is a gift card

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are returnable
  • COD charges, along with applicable shipping charges, will be deducted from the refund amount

Exchanges

To ensure faster service:

  • Return the original item first
  • Once the return is approved, place a new order separately

Please note:

  • No product can be exchanged more than once, under any circumstances

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the refund.
